Payment in Full
All fees paid in full before your wedding date.

Time Scales
Editing will take 4 to 6 weeks.

Album production
Will take 3 weeks once final proof has been approved.

Exclusivity
McKenzie Photography will be the sole photographer retained for your day and will not book any other weddings on that day. Family and friends are permitted to take photographs as long as they do not disturb or interfere with photographer’s duties.

Coverage/Package
McKenzie Photography cannot be held responsible for the lack of coverage caused by the bride, the groom, the wedding party or guests not being on time or interfering/restricting the photographer’s duty. Whilst every effort will be made, McKenzie Photography does not undertake to guarantee any specific picture nor incorporate any specific background, location or group arrangement. Special requests are not binding instructions, although every effort is made to comply with the client’s wishes.

Photographic Anomalies
Owing to reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes and materials, especially man made fibres, it is sometimes impossible to record the exact colour of a garment as seen by the human eye. The photographs will provide a pleasing colour balance based on skin tones of the subject but cannot guarantee exact colour match.

Force majeure
In the unlikely event of partial or total photographic failure, injury or sickness beyond McKenzie Photography’s control liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Retouching
McKenzie Photography may perform a standard amount of retouching on photographs at their discretion. Further retouching, digital manipulation and artist finishing is available to the client as an optional extra.

Copyright
The 1998 copyright, designs and patents act assigns copyright to McKenzie Photography. McKenzie Photography reserves the right to use your images for any form of self promotion. Web based applications, brochures, galleries and competitions apply.

Data Protection
Your name and wedding details will be stored by McKenzie Photography on a private internal database and will not be made available to other companies or individuals. Should you wish to have your details removed from the database please advise McKenzie Photography in writing.
